Dr. Rochelle Collins, DO

Finally a Dr that makes you feel like your health is a partnership, not just a name and an unknown face. With plenty of time allocated to listen and focus on the patient, It makes it easier for me to trust and work with the doctor. There are times when my health struggles feel too difficult for me to manage, but Dr Collins and her staff are very encouraging, Making me feel like they are on this journey with me.Thank You Dr. Rochelle Collins and staff.

Dr Collins is an expert in the whole health of her patients. She is really good at getting to the root cause of a problem rather than just treating a symptom. She takes the time to explain her findings and action plan in a way that is very motivating. I’ve been seeing her for several years, and the current office staff are great.

I would recommend this doctor also her practice. I have been searching awhile for a doctor and practice that goes along with my ethical stance about medicine and the natural body. I'm a strong believer on the body capabilities on being able to heal itself and modern medicine is just reinforce when all else fails (only). This practice fies just that and more. They are not about just looking but thoroughly being good from the inside and out as well as longevity. I can appreciate a doctor and practice that actually cares more of how I feel than how much they can make off me. They also have MDVip which is great and allows them to take all the needed measures that our insurance won't cover so they know exactly what they need to focus on rather than guessing like symptoms for any illness. This is a place to be, honestly. Highly recommend!

Dr. Collins is personable and professional. She was very thorough in explaining everything! Office staff are amazing as well.

Got new ins and called the office 4 times to give them my new info as I had an overdue physical coming up (previously rescheduled by staff). I was always put on hold and was told by Shauny that they were closing in 5 mins so I should call back the next day. I then go to my appt on time but it took me about 15 mins to find my ins info (had the staff taken my info on the multiple times I called this would not have been an issue). I was denied care because "it took you so long to get yr ins info". Mind you, I have quite a few health issues that the provider is aware of and was recently sent to the ER by the APRN. As a nurse, I understand how scheduling works and how behind a provider can get with late starts but seeing that this was partly staff's fault and knowing my current health problems you would think that, an exception would be made. The front staff is horrible! I was called 5 times at work to change an appt that Dr. Collins gave me because "it's too late and we need to go home"

My 1st time there & Dr. Collins was very attentive, patient and understanding, I felt very comfortable talking about my health issues with her. Very very nice and staff was also very nice, I give 10 stars

I've been sick for 2 weeks. I needed to come in and be checked. The staff said Dr. Collins did not let me get an appointment. They don't know what is wrong with me.

Dr. Collins is a good doctor in the technical sense. Her bedside manner, on the other hand, sometimes leaves something to be desired. She seems like she's in a hurry when she meets with me, and, isn't always good re: follow-up. Getting her on the phone is a challenge, and, unless I need a refill, she will let me know that communicating with me via the Patient Portal is not for in-depth conversations re: my health concerns. So, unless I am paying her for an office visit, it seems like she really doesn't want to communicate with me directly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Collins for 6 years. She and her staff have provided excellent care. They are responsive and take enough time to understand your needs and health issues. They also explain things well.

Poor experience. This physician's office is horrible. They're condescending, rude and uncaring. I'll never go back. Terrible patient care.

I love how Dr Collins listens to my concerns and never allows me to leave unless she has addressed all my concerns. She is excellent!!!!

In my years of experience, as relates to Medical Doctors, Dr. Rochelle Collins is one that is in the class of being outstanding. I especially love that she takes time to dialogue with you concerning your health and being interested enough ask the important questions that you wouldn't normally think of. Her kind and polite manner shows a sense of respect for what you may be feeling and experiencing in your health. I would highly recommend Dr. Collins! I am very bless to have her as my physician!
