Dr. Robyn Jacoby, DO

My dr.jacoby is like family and always makes me feel better.she and the staff are warm and caring medical professionals. Excellent bed side mannors. Quick apt.times and spot on dx.she is always patient with me and heals my ailments.

For staff. I tried to make a new appointment for a physical and the girl gave me such a hard time. She was saying that she doesn’t know their availability and that they only do physicals at certain times. Yet, she seemed to want me to tell her when I could come in. I told her I would need to know what is available. “Would you like me to look at their schedules and see what the doctors have available?” Uh, YES. That is why I called. I don’t know the doctors’ schedules so I need to know what is available. This shouldn’t be difficult. I ended up telling the girl I was going to just call somewhere else and hung up.

I was a patient of Jacoby for a decade and have recently changed primary physicians due to her scheduling and admin staff. Jacoby is a great doctor; however, she doesn't give much time to patients. I see her once a year for a annual physical and I give her a running list of questions, prescriptions, etc. and the visit is over very quickly. My biggest issue is admin staff- rude/uncompassionate. I've always had a sense of anxiety when I call in, because I know how the interaction is going to go, but after the last time- I'm over it. I used to be able to call in prescriptions, but in the last year this has changed. I understand that this may be new policy, but it is also impossible to make an current appointment. OK so you can't call in a prescription anymore, but I also can't see the doctor?! I was totally fine booking my annual exam three months, but this new policy doesn't align with office availability. The last time I had this issue, admin staff rudely advised to find a new DR.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jacoby for several years. She's an outstanding doctor. Most doctor's don't listen to their patients concerns or only take 10 minutes to see you but Dr. Jacoby's takes to time to listen and address all your concerns plus, shows compassion. Plus, if you need a specialist referral, she's the best source for the very best referrals. She has inspired my own daughter to pursue a medical career. We definitely need more doctors like her. Really takes time to understand what is going on with me as an individual person.

Dr. Jacoby is one of a kind. If you are looking for a caring, thorough Doctor you will get it from her. She does not rush you, she listens to your concerns and when needed, she puts you in the best of care in referrals. It's like having your sister or best friend caring for you.

I have been a patient of Dr Robyn Jacoby's for the past 16 years. She is compassionate, thoughtful and easy to communicate with. She stays current with medications and treatments that are within her scope of practice. She has an excellent network of referral physicians when you need a specialist. I highly recommend this Physician for primary or family care.

She is very understanding, caring and thurough. She remembers comments I made from visits two months prior.

Dr. Jacoby is a caring individual who REALLY listens to your needs and explains what procedures are needed and why. Most importantly though, she cares and you won't feel like your on an assembly line :)
