Horrible experience with this doctor
I waited for over 30 minutes in the gown for the doctor to come in and my appointment was at 8 a.m. (the first one of the day). After arriving super late, she was super rushed and in the room for less than 5 minutes. I don't feel like she listened to a word I said. I normally wouldn't leave an ugly review but this isn't the first time I have experienced this with Dr. Womack. I will never go back.

Dr. Womack is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and caring. I have only had great experiences with her (I have been seeing her for 15 years). All three of my pregnancies were made better as she put my anxious mind at ease. She recently performed a procedure for me and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received and the amount of time she spent making sure my concerns were heard.

Terrible doctors office. Do not go here.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I’ve been to this doctor I’ve had negative experiences. In December when I was setting up my insurance they accepting it. One month later they dropped my insurance because they wanted to save money. I got no notice of this when I went to set up an appointment I was told when I arrived at the doctor (which I live an hour away from) that they no longer accept my insurance and that I’d have to be paying $112 instead. Another visit before this, I was already in the room to see the doctor, waited an entire hour and finally went to say something for them to say “the doctor had an emergency at the hospital and had to set out” nothing was said until I asked. Another doctor I saw downplayed my reason for being there and suggested a list of psychiatrist to visit because they supposed I had anxiety. The receptionists are extremely rude. If you want any type of decent care GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Great Doctor!
Dr. Womack is the best! She made me feel very relaxed because of her sweet and friendly personality. She is very knowledgeable, which helped me overcome my anxiety and “Dr. Phobia”. I never felt rushed as she took her time with me and answered any questions I had. I was so happy with her and highly recommend her.

Love Dr Womack !!
Dr Womack has been my Dr for several years. She is extreme thorough explains things very well and is never rushed with me. Her bedside manners are impeccable and I really relied on that when I had to have a complete hysterectomy not too long ago because of pre C cells found which i would have never expected. Her nurse MaryJane is a rockstar too!! Highly recommend !!!!

So today I took my 85 year-old mother to see this woman - not just for an annual exam, but for a condition that is painful. We were on time (we drove in from New Braunfels), but had to get a wheel chair for my mother because walking is painful for her. It was our first time to see this woman. We accidently went to the wrong floor. By the time we got to Womack's office, we were 15 minutes late. Womack REFUSED to see my mother!! Zero stars for her and her rude receptionist!

I went to Dr Womack for my annual exam and mentioned to her that I was having bladder discomfort. At this point she was very friendly and nice and ordered lab work to see if I had a bladder infection. This was on a Thursday and by Monday I had not been contacted by her office. Late on Monday the pharmacy contacted me that I had a prescription ready. Dr Womack had called in a drug that I am allergic to and that I had listed on my paperwork in her office. I left word for her to call in something else but she did not call me or the pharmacy before her office closed. The doctor on call ordered a new prescription and after 2 attempts to send electronically and a phone call I finally got the drug at 8:30pm. The next morning Dr Womack call in a prescription for another drug, apparently not checking what had been called in the night before? When I called to question her about all the confusion she was very rude, did not apologize or explain and said they were just trying to take care of me!

I am 10 weeks today and left the office in tears due to lack of empathy and organization. I wasted an hour and was late to work due to confusion of the entire staff. When speaking to the nurse, she had no sense of sympathy for what their clients are going through and walked off. They are never on the same page with what is going on. Trust the negative reviews you have read on here, and save yourself time. I have never had to switch a Dr's office before, this will be a first.

Absolutely love Dr. Womack! A few years ago I had a semi-urgent issue and wasn't able to get in to see her until the next week, so I chose to make an appointment with one of her male associates... And let's just say that I came out of that appointment with an even greater appreciation for Dr. Womack and now refuse to see anyone else if I can help it.
