Disappointed New Mother
I'm still in shock and how I was treated today. All I can say is dollar signs! As you grow older and understand the medical field more, you realize they have to make money too. Unfortunately, some doctors only treat you the absolute best if your spending money. Dr. Kindred and her staff seem to all be on the same page especially once they decide you aren't worth their time. This was evident when I asked them to fill out FMLA paperwork and they decided to drop me as a patient. I even quoted the officer manger saying 'you didn't want to do what we needed you to do and now you want something, you're asking us for help!' Just, wow! I'm not sure how but I hope I can find another doctor willing to fill out the forms because I will otherwise loose my job. (Which I told them, but they didn't care) Now I have a 15 month old, and new born, and I may not have a job after leave or get paid during leave. Please find a provider with compassion instead.

Dr. Kindred was kind and honest. She was very upfront about what I wanted and the options at hand. She is great, however, her office staff was very rude. When I call to ask questions I would get attitude or be told to call back with no return call. I ultimately switched providers because of the staff.

She is absolutely amazing. So personable, knowledgeable and courteous. Being a woman is rough, but she makes it much easier with her guidance and insight.
