I was seen in a timely manner. The entire staff was very welcoming with a special shout out to Gina who made me feel comfortable and cared for when I was uncomfortable with my smile. Dr. Gallardi has a great bedside manner. I was happy in the explanation on how the procedure would continue. I’m pleased my dentist recommended her. Honestly the only thing I would change is emailing me the copies of the paperwork to fill out prior to visit, otherwise it was a great visit.

I have always had positive experiences at FACE2FACE. Their Mission Statement says they strive to provide an exceptional and personalized approach to surgery, and they truly do. I’m amazed at the efficiency of the staff during a surgical procedure and the positive outcomes I have received. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed with the results!

Dr. Gallardi explains the patient plan and process and is very patient with answering questions. She is knowledgeable and highly skilled. They are, by far, the best doctor and staff combination we have experienced.

The experience today was excellent. I have already recommended Face 2 Face and left a 5 star Google review. The dentist is no nonsense, yet extremely courteous and nice and has excellent and professional chairside manner. The staff gentleman at the front desk and my dental assistant were personable and professional. Wait time was minimal. I know the dentist and her assistant were thinking look at this big cry baby cause I was crying they consoled me andade me feel comfortable. My overall experience today is a 10 star experience. I have had some experiences in the dental world let me tell you. Dr. Robin Gallardi is the absolute best there is and I can’t tell you how grateful I am that she is in our area. She is highly skilled, brilliant, deeply kind and her bedside manner is amazing. She is honest, she will charge what is appropriate and fair but this is not a money grabbing office. Her staff is amazing, all of them. Each one works really hard to get you the most accurate information, estimates etc…. I’m a tricky patient, my veins are small, I’m sensitive to all-the-things and they handled me so very well. I will never go anywhere else for my oral surgical care. I also have children on the Autism Spectrum. She was wonderful with my autistic daughter and walking her through her extraction. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Robin Gallardi and her staff. Thank you Dr. Gallardi for being so good at what you do and so trustworthy.

Dr. Robin Gallardi is a very caring and empathetic Doctor who understands what I am going through (due to Lupus) and her attentive nature and willingness to engage in thorough discussions and offer advice make my pre surgery visit invaluable. My surgery and a post visit, overall, it was a excellent experience.

The appointment was seamless from establishing date to after surgery information. Dr Gallardi and her team provided excellent customer service. Dr. Gallardi explained every step. She was patient, professional, and her soothing tone helped me calm down.

I have to admit that Oral Surgeons make me nervous. This doctor's office is not in a great area, and in an older building, but don't let that fool you! You are in good hands! I received fast service and polite and professional staff. They answered all of our questions and made me feel very comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Gallardi!

I recently had oral surgery for an implant placement. This was the 4th procedure authorized through the Veterans Administration and my first with Dr. Gallardi. I received a follow up phone call from Dr. Gallardi long after the end of working hours to insure I was not having any issues as a result of the surgery. The following morning, I received another call from Dr. Gallardi's staff to confirm the same. With the 3 previous implants, I had NOT received any follow up inquiries. Incidentally, 2 days prior to this surgery, I had an appointment with my regular Dentist who would eventually complete the implant process. He too had received a phone call from Dr. Gallardi to discuss the procedure I was soon to have. He also indicated to me that he was quite impressed with Dr. Gallardi's personal interest in her patient's care, as he had never been contacted by other Oral Surgeons in this manner. Dr. Gallardi and her technicians are highly professional, and I would certainly recommend them.

The staff at F2F were amazing! From Maritza and Heather at the front desk to Ms. Horta and Dr. G in the room to Christina who handles insurance the experience will keep me as a patient. Bravo to the entire F2F staff!
