Highly recommend
Highly recommend as Dr.Ortiz was empathetic and understanding in assuaging fears. His staff both Samatha and Lori are exceptional and extremely courteous. They are good people.

Dr. Ortiz saved my life. When other doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me for months, Dr. Ortiz immediately knew what was wrong and started therapy to bring me back from near death, and I am not exaggerating. He is extremely knowledgable and truly listens to every little detail. He treats you with respect and involves you in your care plan. I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz.

Excellent doctor! Takes the time to get to know you and your back ground. Listens intently with sincerity and patience! Careful decides what test are to be done. Explains test results in detail. Absolutely love him.

I have had Dr. Ortiz since I had my thyroid removed in April of 2010. So at the seven year mark, I am still with him and give him 5 out of 5 stars. I would rate him higher if possible. He listens and cares, while also flexible once a week coming south of Providence to Warwick, RI right next to the mall in the Warwick Medical Building. I was able to reschedule quite easily when needed

Dr. Ortiz has been very personable, understanding, and obviously knowledgeable about all the things I'm going through with my thyroid. I would hope anyone who is dealing with similar issues would be able to have him as their doctor.
