First broken bone even after being an NCAA athlete and I was fairly nervous about the whole process. After meeting with Dr. Brandao I was more confident and comfortable with the rest of the process. Great guy and cares about his patients not just their current health but also personally. Do not be afraid to ask him questions or state anything that you have an issue with. Very knowledgable on his specialty and very confident which made me feel better going into this new experience. Highly recommend to anyone who is having issues within his speciality. When I broke my heel and needed surgery, Dr. Brandao got me to a hospital and into the operating room in less than one day. The recovery has been a long one, but he was with me "every step of the way", and it looks like I will make a full recovery. Dr. Brandao has a fine bedside manor, and I have nothing but good things to say about him.

Five stars for Dr. Brandao! Dr. Brandao is very personable and professional. He listened to my concern about my foot/ankle. When he explained his assessment of what he saw on the x-ray and his examination, we were able to have a conversation between us resulting in a plan that I was comfortable with and I felt very confident in his care.

My visit with Dr. Brandao was great. He was personable, professional and addressed my questions I asked him.

I met with Dr. Brandao in fall of 2019. He scheduled my Achilles surgery for January 2020. On the day or surgery, there was an issue with tubing for anesthesia (nothing to do with him). Dr. Brandao made a decision to cancel the surgery that day, and reschedule for a week later when I was able to be looked at by an ENT and also an alternative anesthesia option could be discussed. I am THANKFUL for Dr. Brandao. He took my life very seriously, and did not just complete the surgery just to get paid. He made a judgement call to put my safety first. The following week, he was able to perform the surgery (with a new anesthesiologist) with no issues. He gave me reasonable expectations of recovery. My physical therapy was great and I feel much better. His bedside manner is top notch. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Brandao performed an ankle surgery on me. I suffered for many years in pain and he worked a miracle on me. He is one of the best. I would recommend him to anyone suffering with ankle or foot pain or issues.

I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time; the time spent waiting was very minimal and I was very pleasantly surprised...I just sat down after registering when they called me; ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful and Dr Brandao was a good listener, asked great questions and explained both what was going on with my foot and the treatment options. I had an X-Ray of my foot right there...very convenient. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Brandao and this practice.

Dr. Brandao repaired my ruptured Achilles’ tendon Feb. 2020. His knowledge and expertise is vast. I’m a retired pro soccer player and his sports medicine approach got me fully fit within 7 months. I recommend him to anyone having foot related injury, especially sports related.

I would recommend Dr. Brandao without reservation to anyone looking for a foot/ankle doctor. I was having great difficulty walking due to swelling and pain in my left foot. I didn't know any podiatrists so I did some research for doctors in the area. I based my decision on reviews for Dr. Brandao on this website and am glad I did. In addition to the bunion, there was also a broken bone which required a bone transplant. Dr. Brandao explained everything to me in terms I could understand both before and after the surgery. Everyone I encountered both in the office and hospital spoke very highly of him. I am recovered and back to my normal activities.
