[AVOID] Good Doctor Horrible Busineess
When visiting expect to wait an hour+ regardless if you're first, last, early or late. When attempting to contact the office about ANYTHING expect to be on hold for 30min-1hr only to be told there's no one available at the extension. In regard to billing, expect to be contacted by automated calls providing 0 details. When attempting to contact the billing department expect being on hold then auto-disconnected no matter how many attempts over months. All for premium pricing. The doctor is pleasant and caring when actually accessible. The practice/business is repugnant. A good doctor serves 0 purpose when the business/practice is 100% problematic for the patient.

I like him
In a weird and random way we found out that I have a brain aneurysm. It’s a very old aneurysm that is encased in calcium and not likely to ever cause me any issue. Regardless, when I found out I was petrified. Dr. Acosta was very informative when explaining what it meant, what to expect and what was going to happen next. I like him a lot.

Friendly and compassionate.
My meeting with Dr. Acosta occurred years ago when my husband scared the heck out of me by having a seizure. Many times since then we both remark on how lucky we feel to have ended up with him under Dr. Acosta’s care.

Smooth procedure
My health is in good hands. The small tumor in my head was eliminated without complications. I am pleased things worked out well and thanks to the doctor's bedside matter I understood what I was up against through the whole process.

My mother has been in the hospital for two days. Dr. Acosta checked on her and ordered a test to be done to rule out anything major. He saw her at 9:00 in the morning and never went back. Its now 3:15 THE NEXT DAY and no word from him. He doesn't even go to his office on Fridays and was supposedly in the hospital this morning. 8 hours later and no sign of him. Unacceptable!
