Its been awhile
Wow, I've been seeking a phychiatrist recently . At present all my meds are from my PCP who is great but to increase any if my psych meds she wants me to see a psych dr. Im pleasantly surprised after 2 minutes of looking that Dr. Zennar is still in practice. He was my Dr. When I had first moved to AZ. Over 20 yrs ago. Is Doreen still his nurse I wonder. Regardless of anything negative spoken regarding him and/or his staff Im looking forward to again seeing him after all these years!

I am not sure if this review will be very helpful for other people, as I only spoke with Dr. Zenner one time on the telephone. However, he seemed very nice and also attentive to what I said. He increased one of my medications and I am feeling better now. I have seen a lot of psychiatrists and I think he seems to be a good one.

I have been seeing Dr. Zenner for about 6 years now and am in the process of looking for a new psychiatrist because the experience here is horrible. The staff is rather rude and it is nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone there. The wait is horrendous! It is not uncommon for you to have to wait over 1 hour to be seen. The office smells and is not patient friendly by any means. I have PTSD and would stress out just knowing I had to go in and see him. Not good for my mental health.

Terrible doctor. Terrible staff. Office is a mess. The doctors wait time is up to an hour and a half to get in for a 15 min. session. I got the feeling the doctor is on his own medication? The doctor documentation is very poor. If you are going to see Dr. Zenner; you will want to get a copy of your medical record each and every visit. Dr. Zenner will over medicate you, so be wear. After I had a seizure under this idiots care and almost died, I got a different doctor.
