I had a kidney stone removed earlier in the year, had one on each side but while under, only 1 was removed. The whole experience went just ok, then to find out I was billed $23k for a simple 10 minute procedure, was literally outpatient in the hospital for a total of 90 minutes! Office lady is beyond rude. Month later, I get order for X-ray to see if the stone that wasn’t removed, had grown. I get a phone call, wanting me to pay my co-pay of $60 to tell me the results of that X-ray. They are considering it a “phone appointment” Never in my life have I had to pay to get my result over the phone, the cardiologist, pulmonologist and our primary care physician have all called personally to give results and set up another test and I have NEVER paid! I shouldn’t had to have paid a $60 copay to go to an appt to get an X-ray order, that could had been easily sent electronically without an appt. needless to say, my primary is getting the results and if something needs done, I’m going elsewhere.

I am 87 years old and have seen a lot of doctors in my time. Dr Williams is one of the best I have experienced. He spent a great deal of time listening to me and was sincere in his interest in my situation. Did an exceptional job of explaining what my options for treatment could entail. He appears to be a kind man and I enjoyed my visit with him very much and will definitely see him again.
