Excellent. On annual visit a melanoma was revealed. A biopsy was taken immediately. Dr. Shoss called me on a weekend with the positive results. He was helping and reassuring. He referred me to MD who specializes in soft tissue tumors. Dr. Shoss called me again at least twice before and after excision. Office staff is busy, but always efficient, professional and friendly.

Dr Shoss and his staff are always so accommodating and caring. They have always addressed my needs right away and found a way to squeeze in an appointment when I was concerned about something. They have always followed up promptly, including once on a holiday! I wanted to personally thank Dr Shoss for being a very special and rare physician.

I had a video conference appointment with Dr. Shoss. He was in rush when speaking with me, and wanted to hang up very soon. He spoke very fast and rarely allowed me to speak. When we have an appointment, either party knows that this specific time period is for this patient, but for some reason, he just wanted to hang up. The reason of my appointment was hair loss. He prescribed just generic medications and didn't customize anything for me. I asked his recommendatin about a shampoo. He said all shampoos are good. Really?!? Every shampoo has different chemicals. How come they are the same? All in all, I don't recommed him.

As one person said, Dr. Shoss gives you the bum’s rush. He told me to use a loofa on a scab on my arm. When it wasn’t getting better and I went back to him, he got angry with me and said, “A loofa! Well, how’s that working for you?! I will need to remove it!”

he was notified immediately that a biopsy taken in his office could not be used in diagnosis- BUT he never notified me, my primary care doc, or included the irregularity in my medical records- he continued to see me knowing that i was not yet accurately diagnosed for another full year until i found out on my own- and i paid him out of pocket for the pleasure.

I've been going to this practice for many, many years. Always professional, timely and right on target with my medical questions and concerns. The office wait is little to nothing, which is nice, and the staff is caring and competent. Definitely recommend this practice!

Have been a patient for many years. Treatment was okay, did what I needed at the time. Last few years, practice has really slid. Shoes gives you the bum's rush, acting like he's in a hurry and doesn't have time for you. Misdiagnosed a couple of things and gave me ineffective meds. Maybe time for him to retire? Office staff always rude and curt. Could be because Shows yells at them a lot. Changed to a better practice.
