Listens. Makes you feel like your concerns are important to him. Shares data with you and explains in a manner that you can understand. Allows time for you to ask questions and get his responses. Though he has lots of energy he never makes me feel like I'm holding him up. He comes in and takes as much time as I require. This is one of the best offices I attend in time management. I am seen on time or before my scheduled appointment.
