Dr. Sasse is incredible, his caring and expertise is the best. I always leave there with all my questions answered and a feeling that I am getting the best care I possibly can. He is a great doctor and person.

Compassionate
I found Dr. Sasse online after needing to find a new physician. He is phenomenal as far as being thorough, compassionate, takes him time, listens to your issues & questions. To find a physician like Dr. Sasse is very hard. I am truly thankful for his wisdom & knowledge.

Unprofessional, dismissive & disrespectful. I’ve never had someone talk down to me and make me feel so small in my entire life. I left that office feeling so violated by him.

Experiencing dizziness. Set up appointment for 3pm. Arrived at office (not sure of exact time). Two Administrative Assistants, one on right one on left. Stood in front of one on right, got close to plexiglass and could see that she was on the phone, as was the Assistant on the left. Clearly the Admin on the right saw me so I stepped back, not wanting to be rude. Waited, waited,..., eventually the Admin on the right waved me to go to the Admin on the left. I went there and told her my name she said to wait, they would call me when ready. Shortly after that she called me and said, its 3:10, you may have to reschedule, I will check with the doctor. Yes, you will have to reschedule. Even if I was a few minutes late, which I am not sure that I was, if I wait 10 minutes in a doctors office, that is a good day. I prefer a doctor that actually cares about their patients. I had been spoiled, from birth to age 63, I had the same physician, who was in it for the love of medicine and service.
