Best Doctor in NYC
Dr. Samuelson is excellent! I have been going to him for 20 years and I think the world of him. I have also referred several friends to him and my sister and they all, to a person, loved him too. I literally worry about him retiring bc I don't want to go to any other doctor. He's the best.

He doesn’t seem to listen and sits typing at his computer. Always in a rush to see the next person. I’m questioning why I even keep seeing him.

This doctor made feel as though I was unimportant and he couldn't really be bothered with the fact that my leg was swollen. When I called to ask about the results of my blood test (the swollen leg was the reason I took the test) Dr. Samuelson told me that the test showed that all was well. When I asked what to do about the swelling he counseled that I should go to an orthopedic doctor. He gave me the phone number and when I called I was told a return call would be forth coming. I never received a call back. I would never recommend this doctor who certainly lacked any sensitivity to someone in pain.

I had an appointment with this doctor around 3 years ago. At the time, I felt like a lot of things were going wrong in my body, strange aches/pains/sensation for several months -- i'm pretty sure the doctor had me pegged as a hypochondriac and as such, didn't take me too seriously, nor try to figure anything out. He was kind, however not helpful. Half a year later I learned I had been suffering from Lyme disease all along.
