If it doesn't work for you....theres a problem
Dr. Russell is very jovial. He uses the tactic of 'this is going to be great for you!' which raised a red flag because he uses this as manipulation. Why would you doubt what he's saying? After ordering my second set of orthotics (my pocket, my copays), and no difference, he got perturbed with me. I overheard him talking to the nurse in the hallway. 'Oh God, you've got to be kidding me, etc, etc.' So...if you're orthotics (specially ordered) dig into your foot painfully, he tries to adjust and is still not right...forget it. You are taking too much time and you're interupting his jovial manipulation techniques. Also, beware...his billing dept (Alexis) will call you and badger you before you even get a bill. Then she turned around and immediately called my daughter telling her it was urgent for me to call Podiatry Associates. Very annoying. I will not go back

Foot Surgery
I am so very grateful for the excellent diagnosis, treatment, and post-op care by Dr. Russell. Dr. Russell and all of his staff provided a relaxed, friendly, and professional atmosphere of patient-focused care. Dr. Russell’s explanation of treatment options and treatment implications was easily understood--he has my highest regard and respect. In addition, the OutPatient CareCenter surgical center staff, was equally satisfying and accommodating.

I brought my mother in for a dr visit her feet were hurting so bad she could not walk , My mom was having to use a walker ,My fathers funeral was the next day, We told her we would just have to push her in in a wheelchair, Since she was in such pain .Dr Russell was so kind and caring and took such great care of her ,He put shots in her feet and put compression bands on her feet and gave her a cream. By that night she could walk ,she was so happy and proud to be able to walk in my fathers funeral, My mother who could not barley walk the day before ,Wore heels and stood the whole time with no pain, Dr.Russell is amazing !

Excellent Experience
I had foot surgery on Friday with Dr. Russell. His staff was amazing! The nurses were nice and caring. I really appreciated how professional everyone was. I went to see Dr. Russell on Monday for my post-op. I was amazed that he was the person putting my bandages on. I was impressed. He also is a very good conversationalist. I highly recommend this practice!

Our son had an injury to his foot. Dr Russell has the best bed side manner and is well skilled (34yrs). Dr Russell had my son, actually laughing while he was cutting his foot open. (He is a master at numbing injections ). Could not give any doctor a higher rating. Dr Russell exceeded our expectations. Based on our experts, we believe is so delightful , knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients.

I visited Dr. Robert Russell upon referral from my primary care physician and he evaluated a mass/lesion on the bottom of my foot. It had caused moderate pain for a while and my dermatologist had evaluated it due to a family history involving melanoma which developed on the bottom of my parent's foot. Dr. Russell judged that my lump was a wart but suggested removal and a biopsy which I agreed with. He painlessly administered local anesthesia and removed the mass. I had virtually no pain from his procedure. A week later I visited for follow up and presented with no after effects. My pathology report was back and Dr. Russell carefully explained it to me. So my experience was great. In the exam room while I waited I could hear and see Dr. Russell in and out with other patients. I noticed that he is especially respectful and sincere in the way he communicates with all of his patients. I am convinced that he is a caring and skillful physician and I highly recommend him.
