I don't know if it's the Doctor or the system. After more than two years of treatment I have come to believe in the argument that there will never be a cure for cancer because treatment is too lucrative a business. I called the office today to get some follow up on a plural effusion noted on an MRI. When I was contacted they told me of more test that were being scheduled but nothing about the effusion. When I question the person they replied "I didn't know there was one".

Staff and facilities are pleasant and make the appointments less stressful. I consider myself very fortunate to have been directed to Dr Rotche and under his care. He is forthright and provides a calming interaction. I feel I can count on his wisdom and directions. When I moved back from Syracuse NY, 5+ yrs ago, the BRCC was recommended and I luckily found Dr Rotche. He makes a stressful encounter so much easier to deal with.

I absolutely recommend Dr. Rotche to family and friends and even strangers.I tell everyone what a great.caring Dr. he is. From the first visit I had with him, I felt hopeful. I heartily recommend Dr. Rotche! I was seeing him for hematology issues. However, when I found that I had cancer related issues while temporarily staying out of state, he was invaluable in helping me understand my situation, offering his professional opinion and referring me to specialists in my location. Without his support, I would not have understood my prognosis, the options available and would not be receiving the care I need at this time. He has been my anchor. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and caring doctor.
