I’m met Dr. Rosequist 35 years ago when searching for answers to a mysterious illness. He was the only one that took the time to listen to me and try to figure it out. I will never forget the kindness and compassion he gave me when no one else would. I have chronic fatigue syndrome. While it has changed my life drastically, I will never forget the kindness along the way from people like Dr. Rosequist.

Office staff has an attitude, ID scanning is not required nor legally required of patients. I was not told that I would refuse to be seen until after an hour waiting for my 2:00pm scheduled appointment (at 2:15pm) by the receptionist that I had to comply with their "office policy". I initially advised the receptionist on arrival at 1:15pm about alternatives and that I had no problem even showing her my driver's license at the time. I was given the paperwork to complete, and a copy of my insurance ID was taken before I was ever advised an hour later. I cancelled the appointment, I don't think the staff is very friendly or personable, and certainly I am confident I did nothing to deserve the way I was addressed, both on arrival and when I returned to simply ask for my paperwork to be returned as it had a lot of my personal information. I have never been refused by a doctor's office for this reason. I only was seeking a primary care closer to home, wasted 2 hours of my day!

My Husband & I have been going to Dr. Rosequist for at least 30 years now. He is an excellent doctor, he addresses problems with expertise. Yes, there is generally a wait to see him but he gives you quality care. He has a great bedside manner.

Knows all aspects of medical information. Spends time with each patient asking and answering questions in a professional way. When you leave the office you feel that what needs to done for your good health was done or will be done.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rosequist for over 10 years and have complete trust in him. He does keep you waiting but I've never had him rush me out the door. He listens to all of my concerns. Working in a Drs. office is a thankless job try being helpful and polite with the staff.

The Doctor and associated PAs are pretty good overall. He took a look at the meds I've been on forever (from previous MDs) and made a few changes - and they were definitely for the better. The wait times do suck. it seems they're always 30-minutes behind.

Dr. Rosequist is unprofessional. I expect a business-like, collaborative relationship with my physicians. He lacks these skills. I came in seeking help for overdose symptoms for a medication they prescribed. I handed the PA a list of symptoms printed out from the pharmaceutical company website. She refused to look at it and interrupted me rudely. I wrote to the doctor, whom I've never even met, asking for help. He decided to drop me as a patient without telling me. Cowardly and immature.

As someone who has worked in the healthcare industry for 30 years, this physician and his staff and by far the most inept, dismissive and cynical individual that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My daughter went in to be rules out for a concussion, explained the circumstances and the physician listened to her heart and gave a prescription for headache. No evaluation and completely dismissed her concerns.

I really like Dr. Rosequist but his office always has their answering service on and they DO NOT EVER call back. He has twin sisters at the front desk who are absolutely worthless. They act like they are put off by your presence. They're probably the ones who have the answering service on all the time so they don't have to answer the phone. I'm looking for a new PCP immediately.

I always recommend Dr Rosequist to my friends and family. He has been my primary care Dr for over 20 years. I have even changed insurance companies when I retired in order to keep him as my physician. I have had nothing but the best of care.

Dr. Rosequist is rushed, can be hot headed, but he's a well respected, experienced Dr. The staff is flat out incompetent. I've been with Family Care for over 5 years. It's unfortunate that I'm leaving due to their office staff. Finding a Dr is hard to do.

On my way out of work to my appointment, my 2 year old's day care called and said he was throwing up everywhere. I called to explain my situation and asked to reschedule. The woman I spoke to was unbelievably rude and un sympathetic. She said she would not charge me this time, but that I couldn't let this happen again. Let this happen again? My son was sick! I started to cry explaining that this was beyond my control and that he is only 2... and she hung up!!!! What kind of office is this?

For years,I was misdiagnosed with everything from it's in your head to it's probably Epstein-Barr to Fibro -- and even heard, with witnesses present, I could send you to a rheumatologist, but he'll send you right back and tell you there's nothing wrong with you. When I told him I couldn't wash myself or even dress myself properly anymore, he advised, Then don't wear a bra. Funny guy. My neurologist ran a simple blood test and discovered I had VERY severe rheumatoid arthritis.
