Wonderful, caring, compassionate Doctor!
Our entire family, kids to grandparents (both sides), have been patients at Dr. Rosen's office for over 20 years. I think in all of the years we have visited his office, there may have been 2 times that we have had to wait even 5 minutes. He runs on schedule and he will tell you he runs on schedule and not to be late! I very much appreciate this, as everyone's time is valuable and no one wants to sit in a waiting room for an hour. One of our children is studying out of the country and he recently helped us with a particularly difficult situation, making calls himself on our behalf to help resolve the situation and then personally following up with us and advising us. Nicole, who has worked with him for as long as we have been going to him, is just as amazing. She is kind and does a great job. He truly has your best interest at heart and is very honest and open. I would highly recommend his office.

Great doctors do still exist
I was tired of going to doctor offices and spending over an hour just to be seen. My former boss was a patient of Dr. Rosen's and insisted I should see him where patients do not wait to see their doctor. I transferred to Dr. Rosen 19 years ago and best decision I made. I was in my early 30's when I noticed I had shrunk in height and I mentioned this to Dr. Rosen. He arranged for a bone density exam where it was discovered I had osteopenia. Because Dr. Rosen took this matter serious despite my young age at the time, he was able to recommend a treatment plan to prevent this from worsening with time. Every concern I have ever had has been treated with the utmost concern, empathy and respect. His nurse, Nicole is wonderful and both Dr. Rosen and Nicole have always been very accommodating. I have recommended friends and family through the years and always get back great feedback after their visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Rosen as your primary care physician.

Dr. Rosen has been our family doctor for 20+ years
Dr. Rosen has been our family doctor (my husband and 2 kids) for 20+ years. Both of my kids are now adults and they continue to see Dr. Rosen. Dr. Rosen is very knowledgeable, patient, honest/upfront and passionate doctor. He is unlike any other Doctor that I have seen! He will always make time for you, and is very prompt in returning calls during/after office hours. Dr. Rosen and his office manager Nicole are extremely thorough and are lovely to deal with. There was a period of time when my insurance did not cover Dr. Rosen, however our family continued to see Dr. Rosen. I actually couldn't even imagine seeing any other Doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Rosen.

Best Doc in So FL
I will start by saying that I have been a patient of Dr. Rosen since I was 18 years old, this Sunday I turn 44. I will also mention that both of my parents, a sister, Uncle, Aunt, at least two cousins have been or are still patients of his. My parents changed insurance and unfortunately their new insurance is not taken by him or they'd still be with him. Dr. Rosen is unlike any other Doctor I've ever dealt with; and I have seen a plethora of them over the years. He takes his time with his patients and he is extremely punctual, which is uncommon in South FL. He worked with me through some very tough times in my life. Those tough times made up almost 20 of the 26 years I've been his patient. I don't know that I would be here to write this review if it wasn't for him treating me. Dr. Rosen is very straightforward and logical. He has a passion for what he has dedicated his life to (his practice ). He isn't all about the money like many doctors seem to be nowadays. I'm sure that I ha

We have been patients of Dr. Rosen’s for +20 years
Coming from a medical family (both my parents were MDs, my best friend was an MD, my brother and son are both paramedics) I am very picky about which doctors we see. Not all doctors are alike- especially these days! Dr. Rosen has specialty training in internal medicine, pediatrics, and geriatrics. He has taken care of our family from the time our youngest was 2 years-old, and of my husband and myself from our 40s into our 60s. We came to him when our youngest was 2 years old. We had previously been using a well-known group. Every visit was with a different doctor. Our daughter was in pre-school and was getting frequent colds and earaches, the doctors we were seeing wanted to put her on penicillin each time. I did not want her on antibiotics for a viral infection. Then I found Dr. Rosen. We used acetaminophen and a heating pad to manage discomfort and got her through the next earache without antibiotics – she NEVER had another earache!

Outstanding medical care for nearly 14 years
I’ve been going to Dr Robert Rosen for 14 years. Although he can be a bit abrupt, he is an honest, caring, and excellent doctor. In fact, 10 years ago I was overweight and borderline diabetic. He told me to lose weight and he prescribed Metformin, which has prevented me from becoming a diabetic. I told him he saved my life. Not only is he an outstanding doctor, but it feels like I’m going to a small town doctor with no waiting, and very personal care. Thank you Dr Rosen for all you have done and for keeping me healthy. Fondly, Vicki Helms

Dr. Rosen has been my partner's family doctor for years and I started going to him when I married into the family. He is definitely a no-BS doctor. He knows his stuff, doesn't give recommendations on speciality doctors that he doesn't 100% support - both in practice and office management, and always takes the time to ask questions about my current situation. I have never felt rushed and he gives very direct instruction and professional advice, so it is easy to understand what you need to do to get better. Any 1-star review on here is most likely from someone that did not mesh with his personality, so keep that in mind before you arrive. Personally, I love his approach and will continue to see him.

Dr Rosen is certainly direct! Thats why I like him - there is no BS and he gets to the point and discusses options with you. He makes the time to spend with you, I dont feel rushed, the practice is on time, and easy to set up an appointment. He may be an acquired taste, but if you want a Dr to help you take control of your health, with the information you need to make decisions, I would certainly recommend him.

I went to this doctor for an initial visit. Went to introduce myself and he says he doesn't shake hands because of germs. That's what gloves, hand sanitizer, and anti-bacterial soap is for. Told him my reason for coming and he says, "Well what do you want me to do?" He DID NOT and WOULD NOT even touch me to examine me. What a jerk!!!! He is also a Pediatrician; so how can he be so paranoid about germs when children are the biggest germ magnets/carriers? There should be a NO STAR option!

Excellent physician. Spends time. Have been a patient for several years and he saved my life by insisting on course of treatment he suggested. Had it not been for him, I was a candidate for sudden death. Never had to wait in the lobby. Never feel rushed unlike other PCPs. Spends all the time you need. Quirky/rough around the edges BUT I did not go looking for a friend. I sought a good physician and he is just that. Have had my share of nice talking pill prescribers. Robert lives up to his oath.

This will be my fourth time at the office, and I have yet to meet the "Primary Care Physician" behind the PCP copay. Call me old-fashioned, but I find it a bit unprofessional that Dr. Rosen hasn't so much as popped his head in and shaken my hand and said hello to his client that's putting money in his pocket. Aside from lack of professionalism - every single time I've gone, it's easily 30-45 minutes AFTER my appointment time that I get called, without so much as an apology or head's up.

His office is clean and his receptionist is always nice. The wait is under 10mins, then again there are NEVER any other patients when I'm there. One word to describe Dr. Rosen is JERK! He seems knowledgeable but he is incredibly rude and condescending! He made me feel as if he didn't like me or I was wasting his time. I kept returning thinking I'm overreacting or he may be having a bad day. But after 4 visits over a year, I can say his attitude is the sole reason I will not return.

Dr. Rosen is completely honest, upfront, and truthful regarding the state of a patients health. He will hold you to your promises as a patient. I know I used to sugarcoat my health status while continually making terrible decisions to the contrary. I changed my mentally after my first visit with him. It was hard to hear the truth. If you truly want to help yourself and want someone dependable in your corner then Dr. Rosen is your kind of Dr. -Jeff Gray
