Top Notch
He truly listens. When a phone call is warranted he will call and talk with you. Likewise, his staff are quick to respond personally or through my chart.When I took a trip overseas, I had an issue with a medicine that was introduced to me shortly before I went. He called me and talked about what was happening and gave me suggestions as to what to do.His exams are thorough and I am grateful that he discovered another issue I had that required a different type of specialist and he referred me to get the help I needed.I highly recommend him.

Had a great experience with Dr. Rilpuou. He is thoughtful and thorough. The negative reviews that criticize his nurse seem extremely unfair. I've found him to be a great doctor and have recommended him to my friends.

didn’t listen to me, dismissed me, only looks @ TSH & uses synthroid. was supposed to be a 45 min. first visit but was in & out in 20 minutes. i waited 6 months for this appt. i left pissed & will never go back to this so called dr!

I really felt at ease with Dr Rilpuou was able to talk to him about all the concerns I had about my health. He helped to devise a plan for me that I am currently working and I feel much better. I found him to be thorough, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I have already recommended some to him.

Had an appt scheduled and because of hospitalizations and urgent care visits over last two weeks, I requested to be billed my copay. After explaining to Victoria at front desk my sugars being in high 500’s, she said “no copay, no seeing the provider, period”!! Asked for office manager, couldn’t find her so Victoria said, you’re not seeing the provider, come back with copay next time! Now I’m looking for new Endo because of how lousy Victoria was. Victoria cost Dr. Rilpuou and Raji a patient!!

On my first visit to Dr. Rilpuou, the first person I encountered was Dr. Rilpuou's nurse, she was very kind, soft-spoken, and made me feel completely at ease. From the moment Dr. Rilpuou walked into the room, I sensed immediately that he was very kind and attentive, and I was right, he listened patiently and attentively to all of my concerns. He spent a considerable amount of time with me, never rushed me. I left his office feeling positive and hopeful for the first time in a long time.

His nurse is THE worse!! Rude, put out by patient questions and not helpful in scheduling or providing what is needed for appointment. He is OK, but looking for another Dr. because of her.

im not sure if he is a new doc or just new to the country and unaware of how things work here but i am sure his nurse HAS NO CLUE i was supposed to be going in for inpatient testing tomorrow nobody anywhere including her knows whats going on
