Super rude no people skills at all
This guy was so rude to me as a new patient from my first visit he was so nasty and rude with me I didn't understand why my wife was like no way are u coming here. I feel so bad for the other doctors in that office I hope u are not learning anything from this guy.

They aren't good with refilling meds at all. It takes them 3 to 6days to refill. You can call and it'll take 3 to 6 days before you hear back from Dr.Riley. He is just there to referral you to some one else. I had to call his supervisor a few times. He is very detailed on notes. He presents as nice and concerned, which he could really be. Yet you'll be refer to Er or specialist. He isn't going to exam or order anything else. I would not recommend anyone with health issues see him. I can recommend if it's just a yearly routine he'll be excellent.

Dr. Riley is great! Always happy to see me, very responsive to emails with all of my medical questions, and is an excellent patient advocate. My insurance rejected my request to have an echo done and Dr. Riley told me to hold while he and another physician worked on a way to cover it. The next day his office called to tell me they had me covered and I was all set to go forward with my echo. Could not be more thankful!

My elderly father asked Dr. Riley to review his long list meds to see if there were some he could stop taking. Instead, he pointed out 2 problems: * my dad had accidentally brought in a bottle of my mom's medications (he was not taking it) and * my dad had two different bottles of the same medication. Dr. R. reprimanded him for the transgression and said he might want to look into assisted living because he wasn't taking his meds properly. I'm not exagerrating. 3 weeks later, my dad wants an increase in the dose of a med that is helping him. Riley won't increase it but insists my dad make ANOTHER appointment. More copays and appointments for a man who is reaching the end of his life and just wants an increase in the dose of a medication that's actually helping him. And this is NOT a complicated medication. Riley will more than likely refuse to increase it and tell him he has to go to a specialist. Great way to make the bucks without making decisions.

Dr. Riley is smart, compassionate and up to date with medical recommendations. He remembers me and my medical concerns even though I only see him for my annual exam; he acknowledges my medical concerns and helps me to maintain my health goals.

I was Dr. Riley’s patient for almost 20 years until now. While he is technically skilled, I agree w/comments about him lacking in people skills & bedside manner. I’m now a senior citizen & hard of hearing. When I politely asked him to repeat himself, he yelled at me, “What is wrong w/you?! Is my English easy enough for you to understand? Maybe I need to page an interpreter for you next time!” This is incredibly insulting (esp. as a bilingual teacher). I would caution others not to go to him.

I have been a patient in the office longer than my husband and my doctor stopped seeing patients...as I didn't feel comfortable seeing my husbands doctor, dr riley he sent 2 letters stating I couldn't see any other doctor in the office!...what a pitiful man for a doctor!...just because someone doesn't want to see a doctor that see her husbands doctor!...now you will lose him too!...I feel for any person that chooses this office!...don't call this office, my son warned me of him!
