Go To Baptist and bypass the waiting game!
I chose to come here because I knew of the Dr and the PA and had heard they were great. I was getting nowhere with the gastro I was seeing so came here and started a bunch of tests. I did need the testing, however, the results I got were wrong. They did and Endo and colonoscopy along with other tests. Dr said I need a stent for duodenal stenosis and never heard anything more about it. No referral to a surgeon no nothing. Came for the next appt and PA said they won't do the stent there. Do what?!?! Well why haven't they sent me anywhere. I've been excessively Ill for years now. Being strung from one Dr to the next. They did nothing for me but drag it out. I've since went to baptist and within 6 months have a game plan. Also found my stenosis is not duodenal but further down and a stent won't work there. If you're having major issues go to baptist and see Dr Koch. He's amazing and has the best bedside manner. I don't get why they didn't send me anywhere else if they couldn't help me.

My experience with Dr. Reindollar goes back 25 years after I was diagnosed with Chron's disease. There is no doctor, with the possible exception of my GP, that I trust more. He is patient, open to questions, takes his time to make sure you fully understand options, and it is quite apparent he has kept abreast of the lastest research. And I have never felt like just a patient. That's because he remembers you, not just your illness but you as a person which is remarkable considering his very large case load. I have also never had any problems getting an appointment when needed. 5 stars are not enough to rate Dr. Reindollar -- 10 would be better. If you are looking for a doctor, my 25 years with this one should reassure you of what great choice he would be for you.

I have yet met Dr Reindollar, but his staff has taken excellent care of me. I one day want to meet him to shake his hand for providing his services. After my first appointment, I had a waiting time but it was not their fault or mine. That's just how it goes. Thank you all for taking care of me!

During a wait today, we had been there over an hour and people who had later appointments were being called back before us. When we inquired they assured us we were next to be called. Upon being called back, one of the staff made rude comments and said, we wouldn't want you to feel neglected in a very rude way. While Dr. Reindollar and the MAJORITY of the staff are professional, this one girl is quite the opposite. Very unprofessional.
