Dr. Robert Pierce, MD

Dr Pierce is personal, professional and caring and I feel extraordinarily confident in his care. He listens to my concerns, questions symptoms and is patient when I’m not sure I understand, and likewise invites questions if I’m unclear. I’ve never left his office feeling dissatisfied with a visit. I called one morning saying I felt a lump/mass and was in his office before noon. He immediately arranged for me to go immediately to another physician that afternoon and after an even more thorough exam by him, I was immediately scheduled for exploratory surgery which did indeed find a mass that had metastasized and was referred to MO Cancer Asso in Columbia. After chemo and radiation, during a follow-up 3 years later, my doctor there told me that my prognosis had been bleak - and that’s been 22 years ago. I cannot recommend Dr Pierce enough for his immediate action.
