Dr. Phillips is no longer a part of Wayne Family Practice. He has his own practice, Advantage Direct Care, at the same location. He has a small staff that is wonderful. I can get same day appointments, never sit in the waiting room and spend about 30 minutes each visit. He is very caring, listens and answers questions. Great doctor and staff.

Spend time with Dr Phillips and he will tell you arobic exercise is what you need But Doc I came in here for a sore throat! He will say there is nothing can be done about that except gargle with salt water. Then he will tell you how great he is about walking. Then you are over weight and need to walk. He weighs more than me and is 2 or 3 inches shorter and he walks daily and I need to walk? That is all he talks about every time and I see him 4 or more times each year. Come on Doc! He never asks

When I called their office for the first time, I explained my situation to them, and why I needed to see a physician. The very first question I was asked was, "Do you have insurance?" Fast forward to appointment day; I entered their office, literally limping and in excruciating pain. I met with Dr. Phillips and he gave me an exam, which caused even more pain, and gave me some speech about not ordering x-rays or an MRI & after a week of taking meds equivalent to water, he refused me further tx
