This is my second attempt at leaving a review for this office. My experience is not associated with the doctor who you can never get in to see. My experiences are associated with the office. I was a patient here years ago and left this practice for the same reasons I am leaving again. After several phone calls asking me to come back, I decided to give them another try. They never answers the phone nor do they return your call. I was unsuccessful in scheduling appointments years ago and that still is the case now. I wrote a negative review about 6 weeks ago and someone finally gave me a call back in response to the review. She said she was the office manager and scheduled the appointment. I went to verify the appointment only to find she, the office manager also failed to do her job. It's sad the doctor is losing patients because of his front office. They are the first people you deal with and if you can't see your doctor then you need to get another one.

I have been a patient for many years. Johnny the PA is very professional and very detailed. The staff is great and always going above and beyond. Great Doctor and great staff. I will always be a patient.

Dr. Perry is a wonderful doctor....He is intelligent, kind and very professional.

Have been in the care of PA Johnny Gomez. Listens and explains everything. Office staff is an issue. Every time I need a refill for a script I get the same answer, your pharmacy didn't call. Same scripted answer for EVERY REFILL in my history of being there. My pharmacist is a personal friend and he told me he spoke to them and it was "denied". If it weren't for Mr. Gomez I would take my business elsewhere.

THE WORST SUPPORTING STAFF EVER. Trust and believe these people will overcharge you. My very first visit was nightmare. I was charged a co-pay, and when I informed them that I shouldn't be charged a copay, they argued that this was a routine charge as per my insurance. I came for a routine annual check up, but the billing codes that were entered was listed as "medical diagnosis". The blood work alone cost me over $200.. P.A. Dr Gomez was fine. Office staff is a mess. Prescription was written improperly. Noticed it after I got home. Called immediately and stated I was on my way back to correct. Nobody mentioned about hours closed for lunch. Arrived, door was open,computers on, patient charts face up in full view, but no staff at all. Left note, no call back. Next day, (Sat.), hours show open from 9AM-1PM. No answer, left two messages. I'm now out of am important med until Monday. Front office NEEDS WORK.

Excellent Doctor I have been seeing him for years

Dr. Perry was very nice and very thorough however, the front desk staff is another story. Every time I have called, they always put me on hold for over 15 minutes and never come back to the call. When I call back and complain they don't acknowledge the issue and they barely speak English. I really like Dr. Perry as a physician but I will consider going elsewhere due to the front desk staff. I have called and left messages at 9am and not had my call returned the same day the office was open.

My first appointment with Dr. Perry was today, he was recommended by a friend. Was very pleased with him. Takes his time and listens did not feel rushed. He will definitely be my new PCP.

Dr. Robert Perry is very patient and thorough. He always asks questions and listens to response. Anything I need from Dr.Robert Perry he always comes through.

Dr. Perry has been my physician for well over 5 yrs. He's compassionate and cares deeply for his patients. He and his staff are very pleasant and go above and beyond to accommodate urgent appointments. Quite refreshing to have a personable doctor...something quite rare these days!
