I am very impressed with Dr. Pagano's clinical expertise and how easy he is to communicate with. I went to Dr. Pagano for a second opinion and was very impressed with his thorough explanation of my situation so I became his patient. He took his time with me and answered all my questions. I am also very pleased with his follow-up. As an RN, those are qualities I expect in a thorough, professional physician. I recommend him highly.

Please, I beg you, do NOT see this man for medical help. He spent YEARS telling me my symptoms were in my head because of my age. And guess what.. 8 years later I finally found a competent GI who takes their patients seriously. I just had surgery and all my "fake" symptoms have magically disappeared! Thank you for "treating" me that resulted with 8 years worth of pain.

Dr. Pagano was on top of my diagnosis. I had to call the office about 2x for a medical question. When I called I was transferred to a Medical Assistant when I informed the person of my issue at hand. Once, I spoke with the proper person she took down my information and told me she would get back to me once she hears back from Dr. Pagano. I was informed that he was in surgery all day. The next day she returned my call answering the question I had.

He actually stood in the doorway, with the door open during my appointment. I had to tell him that he was being rude, and asked him to step inside the exam room so that we can solve my ailment. The appointment lasted 3 minutes total.

I have been attempting to make an appointment with the doctor for over a week! I have yet to be able to talk to a person!! I had the same problem scheduling my endoscope. After my last procedure the doctor spent no time explaining to me or my husband his findings. Time to find a new doctor who has time for me!
