Very nice and friendly. Office staff needs an attitude adjustment. Have never encountered such rude people at Elm Rd office.. maybe Makayla should teach them how to address the patients. Will definitely talk to the doctor about the issues there.

Jr will sit and listen to your concerns, and is friendly. The office staff is always busy but they are very rude. Especially their newest office lady. I get that the phones are always busy- good luck calling and getting through the first 4 times, but if you need help with medications or an issue they will treat you like you’re a pain and get off the phone as soon as possible. I’ve been a patient for almost 4 years and if things don’t get better soon I’ll find another dr. Which is a shame because he’s a great dr.

Great Dr. He will listen to you. They can do xrays, draw blood, ultrasound, etc right there is no need to go all over just for tests.

The 22 years we’ve been going there some of the office staff is always rude to hang up on you they act like they don’t want to talk to you or ain’t got time to talk to you they’re not very nice in all the years but that the dad in the sun of the really good doctors I’d recommend them to anybody

Dr Naples may be a great doctor, but his office staff lacks any decent customer service. Every time my company needs to get in contact with the office; every one we encounter that answers the phone is ALWAYS very short, rushing, and borderline rude. I do not even feel comfortable calling the office because I anticipate the office staff’s unnecessary attitude. Again, nothing against Dr Naples, but every one at this office who answers phones acts like they don’t have the time of day for the caller or simply needs an attitude adjustment. I would never allow this behavior towards a potential customer.

Been trying to call in to Dr.Naples office for weeks, get automated voice that leaves a message then hangs up, won’t let me leave a message. I managed to get an answering service for him twice, stated I needed my prescriptions refilled ( mainly blood pressure med) answering service said they would give the Dr my message, both times. Yet Dr never called it in to pharmacy. I had to go to urgent care to get a small refill. Do not recommend Dr.Naples!!!

Extremely rude receptionist. Will hang up on you when you call with a medical emergency. Will laugh at you and hang up if you call back. Doctor will take you off of medication before doing proper restarting, which in my case almost cost me my life.

I have never had a wait under 30-45 minutes. He glosses over the issue you come in for and moves onto other topics.
