Smooth surgery, took his time to help and explain
Dr. Nakken is super smart and fantastic at what he does. I had a surprisingly smooth recovery and felt well cared for at every step of the process. His support staff is top notch, as well.

I had a horrible experience with this Doctor! He was not listening to anything I was telling him! He basically was condescending and rude! He actually mocked me and put me in tears! He was literally running for the door before I could ask any questions! I have never ever had that kind of experience with any other Doctor in my life!

After months of failed conservative treatments I was referred to Dr. Nakken by his Assistant for surgery. I had to wait over a month for Dr. Nakken to review my case for surgery at which time Dr. Nakken scheduled me to see him I am obese, this has been well known for the entire time of treatment. In the office Dr. Nakken said he will not do the surgery because I am obese though admitting I would benefit from the surgery. I asked why he couldn't tell me on the phone? He wanted the money.

I saw Dr. Nakken recently while on vacation in Utah. He was kind, informative, and made room for me on his surgery schedule on short notice. His staff was wonderfully kind and helpful as well.
