Today I saw Dr. Moldwin I normally see Marina. Whom I think is a great NP. I was impressed with his ability to explain things in a way I could understand. He patiently answered my questions, I did not feel rushed and he was polite, friendly and I would highly recommend him.

An Egotistical Buffoon Masquerading As A Physician
This man's ego is so enormous that it is amazing that his head can make it through the door of his office. He has no regard for his patients, obviously believes that you should be honored simply to be in his royal presence, and exhibits no indications of concern or interest. Why he even bothers to see patients is a mystery. He will grimace, rub his face, make frustrated breathing sounds, chew gum like a 12 year old, and will have his hand on the doorknob to exit the consultation as soon as he becomes bored with your tale of woe.

My wife had been going to him for almost four years. She had been diagnosed with uterine fibroid tumors. They were monitored with sonograms every 4 mos. They would become larger during her ‘cycle’, “which was normal”. Toward the end of treatment, he said, he’d run every test possible. When we were in the car coming home, my wife said to me, “do you think he thinks I’m making this up?” I said, ‘”that’s exactly what I thought, but didn’t want to say anything.” Women have an above average tolerance of pain. I think it’s a God-given gift. Some think it’s a curse. A few weeks later, one night, she was doubled-over in pain. She said something is going on. It was in the springtime (April). She was diagnosed with stage IV Ovarian cancer. After treatments and surgeries she passed away 9 mos. later.

I just saw him for the first time. From some of the reviews here, I was going in with a defensive posture. Yes, there was a bit if a wait. He immediately apologized for that. We then spent 40 minutes, during which he was nothing but kind and caring. Not to deny anyone else's impressions here, but I could not have had a better experience. No ego, no ignoring me, not a single negative thing I could say. I am at a loss to explain the difference between my impression and some others here.

Saw several urologists before I saw Dr Moldwin. He is fantastic! Took his time explaining my condition and even drew me pictures. He solved my urinary frequency problem and can now actually sleep through the night! I do not understand the bad reviews!!!!!! He is personable, has a great bedside manner and knows his stuff. I see him annually now and will go back to NY to continue to see him! I moved to Florida 8 months ago.

Worst experience, waste of time, he shows no excellence in his field nor any empathy. After just asking me to provide my history of present illness, he sat huffing&puffing/hands over forehead/constantly interrupted and leaving the room/telling me “what do you want.” He was of no help and only gave me more stress. As a healthcare provider myself, I will never recommend him to anyone. Northwell should be embarrassed to have him as a part of their system. If i could, I would provide a 0/5 rating.

I don't normally writes review, but my experience with this Dr. Moldwin was the single worst appointment of my life. We waited for 90 minutes (but I can let that go), checked his watch 15 times (I can forgive). What I cannot forgive is the COMPLETE lack of compassion or care that he exhibited. His ego could barely fit into the room. This was incredibly frustrating since he came highly recommended. Avoid at all costs. Zero bedside manner.

Dr. Moldwin is a national and international expert in the field of IC and chronic pelvic pain and I am very lucky to have found him and have him as my doctor. In the 6 years before I saw him, I saw 8 different urologists and gynecologists who called themselves "experts" in IC and pelvic pain with no relief. Dr. Moldwin has given me my life back. He is a caring and compassionate doctor who has dedicated his life to helping men and women get out of chronic bladder & pelvic pain.

Dr Moldwin is an outstanding physician. I never felt rushed, he answered every single one of my questions and discussed the treatment plan and reasoning behind it in detail. I came to see him after seeing other urologists and feeling hopeless. He is a true expert in the field of painful bladder syndrome! Completely worth the trip to see him and the fact that i had to pay out of pocket since my insurance doesnt cover physicians from another state. Best doctor!!!

When I go and see a doctor, I want to see that specialist not his side kick. He has this Russia woman named Marina working for him.She comes in asks many questions to the point of exhaustion. She gives him her opinion then he steps in already tainted with her opinion and at that point he steps in .He seems too busy for you . He just can't be bothered with what you have to tell him 1 on 1 . He is missing a sensitivity chip. What he said can be easily found on the internet. He's all about business.
