He was and is instrumental in helping our son
Telehealth
Dr. McWilliam is an incredibly dedicated and talented psychiatrist. He has been instrumental in the incredible improvements we have had with our son with Autism and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder. His focus has always been on the entire care of our child, both with medication, behavior, and therapy. He's helped us in so many ways at all any hour of the day or night during any crisis. We have done telehealth and in-person visits. He explores and researches treatments and new information in the areas of our child's care and shares that knowledge with us. This was particularly helpful during the weaning of a benzodiazepam.

Dr. Bob is a wonderful psychiatrist. I was sent to him, when my psychologist suggested medications for my depression. Dr. Bob tried many, until he finally found the one to keep me "focused", in a possative way. Though I cannot have refills on it he usually makes sure I have enough pills, before my next apt. With him, which is quarterly, which seems to be enough, along with the other counsellor I see more frequently. He is my "neuro-psychiatrist". Back in 2002, I sustained a TBI.

Absolutely above par. Spent a lot of time seeking the help from insurance participating providers that resulted in bad or no results. Within the first couple of visits, Dr McWilliam's keen insight and intelligence was able to identify and prescribe a medicine regime that has been life changing.
