The Dr. and staff were awesome!

The visits were very calming and my needs were met from initial appointment through procedure.

We scheduled a tooth extraction for our 8 year old two years ago following an initial consultation (for a fee) and a $250 CT scan. He scheduled it to be done with local anesthesia. On the day of the surgery, our son was hesitant to drink the juice and because of that, Dr. McNeill refused to perform the procedure. He recommended that we wait a year or two until he is a little older. We were fine with this so we waited. It is now 2 years later, and we brought our now 10 year old back to schedule the procedure again. This time, Dr. McNeill refused to consider doing it with local anesthesia and will only do it with an outside dental anesthesiologist at a cost of 4 times more than we originally paid the first time around. Nothing has changed except our sons son's age. We said we do not feel comfortable putting our kid completely under and would like to continue with the original treatment plan. It did not matter. They still refused. We told them that we will be finding a new Dr.

The staff was very pleasant made sure I was aware of everything. The only thing is Dr McNeill is very conservative so it takes a lot longer than I thought for implant. Would highly recommend had no issues.

Every member of the staff with whom I had contact was very professional but genuinely friendly. Dr McNeil is excellent at engaging patients to keep them advised of what he is doing and making them feel at ease.

Dr. McNeill removed a wisdom tooth and I had no discomfort and the procedure took less than 30 minutes.

Dr McNiell and his entire staff are very nice and easy to talk to about everything from surgery to hockey. Dr McNiell knew more about how to treat my issue than any other surgeon I interviewed. Everyone on his team is fantastic. Plus, they never leave you waiting. Appointments always start right on time.

Dr. McNeill is very understanding of the level of anxiety that comes with having wisdom teeth removed. The staff is friendly and efficient. They were able to schedule a consultation for me within a few days of calling, and the surgery within two weeks. They were able to immediately give me an estimate for the surgery without even leaving the exam room, which was extremely clean and calming. The morning of the surgery went very smoothly, and I was up and functioning by the end of the day!
