Very dismissive!
I made an appointment at the cosmetics center for Kaiser, and I assumed the doctor would have some background in that field. I just found out that he is a neck and head surgeon. I felt he was very dismissive. He spent little time finding out my concerns and immediately was going to use a freezing procedure on the places on my face without listening to what I was telling him. I paid $125 for about 10 minutes time not being listened to, and came out without any resolution to my situation. Very disappointing! He needs to work on his bedside manner!
