Dr. Malcolm has been my doctor since 2014. He is the most compassionate doctor out there. Dr Malcolm had gone above and beyond to save my life. I owe Dr Malcolm and his staff everything.

I first met Dr. Malcolm when I ended up in the emergency room in severe pain in my upper chest and inability to swallow at all. He quickly diagnosed esophageal damage and a blockage that had to be removed immediately. His expert care and human kindness was so comforting while I was in such a distressed state. His follow up care has helped me manage the damage that has accrued over decades of acid reflux. He's amazing, both as a doctor and caregiver!

Nice office, horrible doctor. Out of all of the doctors I have seen this is by far the worst. Creepy, weird, totally uncaring. Will not even give you 5 minutes of his time or let you speak your piece. Everything is a rush to get out of his office, and he does not want you to come back (only to his PA). Thinks way too highly of himself. I have massive stomach problems and he did NOTHING to help me, and even said they are all in my head and my diet (very much not). Extremely poor care.

I had my first colonoscopy 12/9 /17 at St. Lukes Monroe Campus. I had SEVERE anxiety. Dr. Malcolm was extremely understanding and comforting. My prep was so easy and I am just annoyed I spent 2 years worrying about this procedure. I have told everyone who would listen to not put off their colonoscopy especially any longer and to go to Dr. Malcolm. My father used him months ago and he calls himself to check on you and report his findings. Class act.

I went to see him last week for pain and bleeding. he came to the exam room and literally spend less then 10 mins. did not examine me or ordered test. He was polite but did not offer any medical diagosis, did not spend time examining me. I would never go back to him again, i do not think he is competent
