for years I have had horrible sinus issues. 3 years ago I went to see Dr MacDonald and he did a procedure that opened up my airway and I have been breathing so much better ever since. He is always a pleasure to see and offers conservative options first before going to extremes. His staff is caring and attentive and the office is normally good about getting you scheduled and in and out quickly. If you are seeking an ENT Dr MacDonald would be a wonderful choice.

What more can I say about Dr. MacDonald? My oldest has a recurring ENT problem and was heading back to school next week. Dr. Bob quickly saw him and diagnosed the issue, then came in on an off day to perform a procedure for us. He's an awesome doctor, and an even better person. Thank you and Midwest ENT for your wonderful care.

Top to bottom, a wonderful experience with a very professional office. The staff is great...very courteous and efficient. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Macdonald...he was patient and attentive to our concerns, gave us options regarding treatment, and was clear about exactly what the next steps were. His scheduler (Lisa?) was fantastic, and worked with our insurance to find the best options for us regarding surgery. We can't thank Midwest ENT enough for their kind, compassionate, and skillful care.

No compassion and told me my ears were fine. I saw my primary 2 days later and she was shocked by what he said and sent me to another ENT where it was proven to be a problem with my ears. I contacted the office and they refused to do anything about the bill I received even though I had to have everything done by another ENT.

I had a great experience with Dr MacDonald. He explained things well, offered options on how to proceed, and was very easy to communicate with. In the end, I ended up having sinus surgery. The entire process was very smooth and recovery was straightforward.

After seeing another doctor in the same practice i chose to see Dr. MacDonald III since he had better reveiws than the other one. At First he seemed thorough and very knowledgeable but lacked compassion and bedside manner. All I wanted was a follow up phone call to ask a question about the results of my ultrasound and he couldn't even provide that. Not a very personable or compassionate doctor. I found someone else who took my concerns seriously. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO MIDWEST ENT.

I was very disappointed with this office and Dr. When I showed up they didn't have me actually on the schedule even though I scheduled days prior. I did get in to see the Dr the same day however and the office staff was friendly. He however dismissed my concerns and ran a blood test. He was in and out in five minutes and assumed that I had kids and that is why my thyroid is doing weird things. Not worth the time or money.

My family and I have been patients of Dr MacDonald's for several years. Whether the problem was small or large, my experience has always been positive. He explains things in ways I understand and answers my questions well every time. I am on allergy shots through his office and had a balloon sinus procedure. Both of theses treatments have really helped my sinus problems!

Dr. MacDonald took a great deal of time to help me understand my hearing loss and severe tinnitus. He even gave me tips to help my elderly father with profound hearing loss who lives in another state! I loved his kindness, gentleness and willingness to take time to educate me.
