Stingy with treatment, doesn’t take patients seriously, and patients will need to go to another doctor after symptoms get worse.DO NOT GO TO HIM

Arrogant, disinterested.
We do not recommend Dr. Lundell at all. He is impersonal, does not listen and treats us like numbers. He comes across as arrogant and disinterested. I visited him for a certain problem I was having and he didn't even bother to look at me. He looked on his computer, probably Googling my symptoms, and then misdiagnosed and mistakenly prescribed medication.

I’ve been with Dr. Lundell for a few years. He’s an amazing Doctor who I have recommended to others and 2 of my family members see him and like him as well. If I have an urgent issue, I get in within a couple days or they will tell me to go to the emergency room. Things that are less important, I get in within 2 weeks. Dr Lundell has always made the right call when referring me to a specialist and that’s most important to me plus he has a great bedside manner!

Dr. Lundell cancels his appointments just about every time I've had to go see him. Finding another time slot is extremely difficult. I take off time to go to these and he cancels often the same day. If it happened once I wouldn't mind. It's literally happened every time.

I felt like a drug addict. When asking for a refill on meds from over 6 mo ago (sleeping), and 10 mo ago (pain) I was told I had to sign a contract. I had to agree to be nice to staff, not to try and get refills on weekend, I stopped reading at that point. They also wanted a urin test! I have never in my life felt this offended. They must think New Years Eve is April Fools day. Time for a new doctor, although it might just be a sun life policy.

I can not and would not recommend him to anyone who has life threatening conditions. He had my elderly mother's records for over two months , after her first visit as a new patient we were promised he would make her a priority and put Stat on hr records. After her release from Rehab, we had the follow-up visit. He did not listen to her chest, (she has Lung cancer) he had no records from anyone. Did not listen when I stated she was dehydrated. would not take action. She collapsed the next day.

Dr. Lundell started out being very nice. I saw him for five years. His wait times have become unbearable and being locked in a little room for 1 and a half hours is no way to treat a patient. It takes at least three or more days to get a prescription refilled. I am currently looking elsewhere.

Patient, considerate, informative, funny! He took all the time we needed as we are new patients. We appreciated that very much. Explained everything in detail. Made us feel our issues are important, no matter how small.
