I went to maps clinic every 30 days for management of pain from degenerating spine leaving me in constant pain. I went for 10.5 months. The receptionist and nurses were extraordinarily rude and showed NO compassion or empathy. Dr Long saw me for 15 min each (or less).3X. They offered nothing other than steroid injections and pain medication It was a factory like atmosphere. There was 1 recipe to follow for pain management and no individualize treatment.... NO compassion here! Poor explanation
