Dr Nolan and his staff need to learn how to treat patients with dignity and respect. I received a call to come in and get my test results. I waited in waiting room 30 minutes, then in the actual exam room an hour. Finally, I asked why it was taking so long, the tech said that they did not have my test results. So I left. Please note - I use a walker and it was pouring down rain - getting in/out of car is difficult and takes time. I then received a phone call stating my results were in and I should come back for the visit. I showed up on time, again waited in waiting room, and then again in exam room. After 45 minutes I asked what the issue was, and was again told that they did not have them. Once again, it was raining and I had to navigate my walker thru that mess. I left and I will NEVER go back to that clinic. Please note - they never called me to reschedule or apologize. As I was walking out the door, they did say "oh we won't charge you for today's copay".
