Dr Lee has been my primary care physician for 14 years. He is a very good doctor. I trust his diagnosis.completely. There have been times I have had to wait to see him but it is worth the wait. He spends the time necessary to listen to me & to treat me. I also like his NP. She is knowledgeable & checks anything serious with him so I feel well cared for. His staff is helpful and fun.

I very rarely have a wait in the waiting room of over 10-15 minutes. Dr. Lee tells me in simple terms I can understand) what is wrong, what needs to be done, What he needs to do, and then he does it! He has made referrals for me and called to speed them up. Wonderful man, Doctor, and friend. His office staff are all very wonderful. Marcus has bent over backwards to assist me. Shannon (the office manager) is amazing and has helped me with tons of paper work for company and insurance issues that go way above and beyond her normal duties. THANKS TO YOU ALL.

I was having breathing problems. Dr Lee prescribed a different medication that allowed me to breath more easily and in a few days bring my oxygen level back up. I believe without the new medicine, because my oxygen level was so low I might have died in another week or two. I have always found Dr Lee to be up to date on what medication might work better for his patients.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR !!! I called the office and said I needed an appointment. I said I was a new patient and they said to come in 15 min early for paper work. I got there and the girl at the desk was very nasty. When she saw my United Health care card she said I had to go to the doctor on my card. We had just moved to Granbury. I know this was BS. Then she said they weren't taking new patients.

Wouldn’t know, waiting an hour and a half after my appointment time and left. Staff was not understanding of why I was upset for my initial appointment when he was 90 minutes late.

I love Dr. Lee and I have been seeing him for over 10 years but that may change today. I am in need of a new prescription and have been trying to get it filled for over 2 weeks and I was spoke to so rudely over the phone by Marcus and the girl that was answering the phone, I feel Dr Lee needs to know about this but I'm pretty sure he won't get the message to call me. Sadly I am now looking for an office that the staff isn't so condescending.

Asked their office to fax a prescription on a Friday before noon, and it was never sent. I called again before noon to ask where the fax was, and was assured it would be sent sometime that afternoon. The fax number I gave them is an office fax, and now I have to go home (it's 4:30 p.m.). Now I have to wonder if it will be there on Monday (on an office fax machine that everyone will now know my medical business). I can't call to tell them not to send it now, because they don't have an answering machine on their number after closing hours (noon on Fridays). Between this and having to wait forever to be seen when I do have an appointment, I am seriously considering changing PCMs. Beyond frustrated!

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Lee for 15 years, and we've never been disappointed. He always takes the time to make sure we understand everything and that we don't have anything else we want to discuss. He's stayed late for me when I needed stitches. He recommended more tests for my husband that ultimately saved his life. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Love Dr. Lee office he is amazing & just have nothing but nice things to say! His new PCM Dr. Losoya I think his name is, he is also amazing & he is easy on the eyes! As for the office staff, most are amazing! He has a male nurse/ back office who is great! He does have one female nurse there who I feel is rude also there is a lady who sometimes answers the phone and is also rude! The office manager, she is above amazing! Overall I would say 5 stars if it wasn't for that 1 or 2 ladies.

First off Dr Lee can not keep an appointment on time. Expect a wait of at least an hour on an early appointment and longer if you are in the afternoon. His staff has screwed up getting prescriptions to the pharmacy on time (then they left for the weekend on a Friday afternoon and left no answering machine on their phone) and failed to test properly for specific items on blood work, despite me reminding them. I wonder if they listen to their patiences at all?

He is NEVER on time. Not one time in the 3 years I've seen him was I out in less than 2 hours. 45-60 after appointment time being brought into patients room and then waiting another 30-45+ min to actually be seen.

He is NEVER on time. Not one time in the time I saw him was I out in less than 2 hours. When he had a P.A., I trusted her more than him. I am on a clot busting medication that must be checked at least once per month. Most of the time it would be 5-7 days before I heard anything. That is unacceptable !! I had the same issue with medication. Most of the time refills can take 48 hours(that is normal) but a whole week is unacceptable. Don't waste your time--- pick someone else.

Dr. Lee is meticulous, candid & concerns himself with us as individuals. He is willing to openly address any questions we might have & spends as much time with us as WE need. He is an honest, genuine person along with being an astute doctor. He is patient, thorough & sincere. He is one of very few doctors left that one can page in case of a dire emergency. He will not hesitate to refer you to a specialist, in your best interest. Any critical attribute one would want in a Primary Physician-he is.

Dr.Lee is a great doctor but his nursing staff needs a major overhaul. Very rude and trying to get your prescriptions refilled are nearly impossible through them. You can die before the nurses call the pharmacy to have your meds refilled.
