Dr. Robert Law, DO

Been going to this dr since 2009. Mind you I am a health person, so I don't visit the DR a lot. Most recently I visited because I was diagnosed with Hypertension and have been on medication for at least 2 years. I visited the dr about 4 times in that time frame each time just so they can renew my medication. I have no insurance so I am self pay. I called them to renew my prescription and they wouldn't they lady was kind of rude. Oh you haven't been here in over a year. I was like well I am out of meds can you just prescribe me some my blood pressure is up and no pills left. Sorry sir I can't help you, you will have to come in. I said I just got new benefits and you do not except my plan and I haven't had time to find another DR can you at least give 30 days supply so I can have more time to find a dr, which is a difficult process. She said no sorry can't help. Way to care about your patients after more then 10 years with same dr wish i switched long ago.

Dr. Law listens very attentively to my questions. My visits are never rushed. I've been seeing him for almost 20 years. He is an excellent doctor. His office is being updated and it's looking very nice.

Always caring. Takes the time to answer any of my questions and is very thorough with my needs.

Dr. Law is rude and not pleasant . I have had the misfortune of having to have him as a doctor for the past few years and I have had enough of his rudeness and stupidity. Dr. Law prescribed a new medication for my husband. The insurance copay was $130 per month. I contacted the pharmaceutial company and they enrolled my husband in a special program all Dr. Law had to do was to sign his part of the enrolment form. He charged us $25 and told us that we were wasting his time and that 'you all go on line and look for free medicine.'

He is very professional, Explains diagnosis well. Has always been accurate. Friendly office staff. Scheduling has always been easy.

Never. I went to him for approximately six years and in that time period I was seen by him personally only four times and that's only because I demanded to see him since he is my doctor. When you first start maybe, you would get to see him examine you but after that you never see him again, the PA will take over and play doctor. Also, everything is rush rush!!!

Horrible front desk & scheduling process. They cancelled my daughter's appt without calling but instead called to confirm the appt. They claim they cancelled due to not accepting her insurance, however, I gave them the insurance info at the time of scheduling. When I called to inquire of why they cancelled the receptionist, Lisa was completely rude, unprofessional & unapologetic for their lack of order.

I had been going to Dr. Law for approximately five or six years. During that time, I only actually seen the doctor in my exam roon four times, the rest of the times the nurse practitioner does all the work on you, his exam visits are short and right to the point. I pay to see the doctor not a nurse. Also, he never sees you on your appointment time. One time my appt. was at 2pm, I finally got in the room around 3-3:30, I almost walked out. I don't recommend him to anyone.!!!!

I have been seeing Dr Law for many years and have always been pleased with the service I received. He is very easy to talk to and never seems to be in a hurry. I would and have recommended him. Jim Adams

Best staff. Everyone friendly ,helpful. Been a patient for 3 years. Have taken care of in a professional manor every time. I highly recommend Dr. Laws office.

I saw Dr. Law recently for an emergent eye problem, and I was able to get in the same day. Dr. Law was very knowledgeable and thorough, I was impressed. As for the office staff, they have improved greatly in the past year. I always get through to talk to the nurse now (without going to a voicemail and waiting days for a call back) and they are able to help me with requests usually the same day. Old reviews are ruining their rating, I'd honestly say give them another chance!

My husband & I have been seeing Dr Law for 12 years. He has an amazing bedside manner. He takes the time to answer all your questions, give instructions & suggestions and we never feel rushed like we have with other doctors in the past. He really stays on top of your health issues. Best doctor I've had in my 62 years of life. Ditto for my husband.

I have been going to Dr Law for years, however I do not go to the doctors often nor does my husband. Our experience there in the last few years has been disappointing. Complete physicals only done by 1/2, can't talk to a person when calling, rude when specialists call to get medical records stating we aren't patients since we haven't been there since 2015 and we should go every 6 months. Seems they care more about money than their patients. We are switching doctors!!

Great bedside manner. Type II Diabetes patient for over 7 years. Improved quality of life. Genuine concern for patients health.

My experience with Dr. Law excellent. He takes time with his patients and addressed all concerns.

Ran out of medication while on vacation he refused to refill my prescription and I got sick as a result. told me to go to an urgent care facility, cost me $75.00. Only saw him once as a patient. Terrible service. My wife left his care a year ago I should have listened to her and left when I had the chance.

We left this practice for the primary reason being he's too far from where we currently reside. However while we were still there he called us out of the blue stating our 2 week old had a life threatening problem. As it turns out nothing was wrong with our baby he just didn't read the entire lab report. Plus the countless times he wanted to put me or my family on medications that we didn't need. Example he wanted to put me on cholorestrol medicine when it was elevated due to a bad gallbladder
