Cannot trust this office staff with your care
An astonishing lack of care, the office manager should not be trusted with such important medical care. The office manager's name is Tina. Once they knew I was a Veteran and coming from the VA, the race was on to treat me with as much disrespect as someone can. I've never experienced so much hatred and antipathy from a medical office before.I was left to do all of my scheduling and coordination for care due to a misunderstanding and because the Office Manager became upset that I asked questions and asked for help (I travel for work and asked for help coordinating care out of state, they then dumped their work onto me, which I tried to do, then blamed me for it not getting done).I can't imagine trusting this office with something as important as spinal care. This concern about the office management is just the top concern of many. They never did followups, constantly blamed others for everything and generally act as a roadblock to medical care as much as they can.

Patient but blunt. Kind and listens
I had severe pain in my back that I had trouble describing and went to one doctor that actually sent me to a psychiatrist. Needless to say the psychiatrist said I was fine, When your desperate for answers. Anyway i found this doctor and he listened and actually knew what I was talking about and knew the answer and solution. He done a great job and my bone biopsy. I absolutely recommend

I have never met a more arrogant surgeon in my life! I had 6 appts to his office & saw him once. He tossed the radiologist report on my 4 bulged discs across the table & said their report was "toilet paper". Went totally against 2 other dr's I have seen ..very unprofessional & kept saying "I'm the surgeon"..going to Lex ..wasted co-pay & waste of time!! 0 stars

Found out that my extended who had surgery, I have had enough of the lies and heart ache that they have suffered. It is one thing that surgery doesn't go as planned but it's another when a pt. fall was recorded and tests were run then given the thumbs up that everything is ok, then to find out a year later that an injury was actually sustained from the fall. For a year they were told that everything looked good by the doctor, to me this is the very definition of money hungry medicine!!!
