15 years as a patient
I was a patient of Dr. Kelter for about 15 years. During that period he made good decisions that helped me protect my health. He had great office hours, was a good listener, kind, authoritative, never judgmental, and never turned away a patient who did not have a scheduled appointment. I want to wish him all the best on his upcoming retirement.

Dr. Kelter is awesome. I moved back to Jersey from Brooklyn NY and I kept Dr. Kelter as my PCP. He cares about his patients. I trust him and he will forever be my doctor. Sincerely, Jean Gerald Gilles

Dr. Kelter is ok. I feel that I am just a number. He quickly exams you and in seconds you are off to his office for your meds. My biggest complaint are the girls that work for him. If you need a referral, it is like pulling teeth. They seem annoyed and it takes them days to get the referral. Oh, and let's not forget that when Dr Kelter is out on vacation or on leave, it bothers the girls to death when you ask for the referral you have days waiting for.

Dr. Kelter is very personable, sweet, & extremely knowledgable. He's affiliated w/NYU & Lutheran. I've been going to him for a few years & I recently got diagnosed w/MS. He worked with the other doctors to ensure that I received the right treatment. He's very optimistic, and does what he can to make you feel comfortable and at ease. That's really important since I can be neurotic at times. He has the patience of a saint! Love him!
