Dr. Robert Jones, MD

My time with Dr. Jones was limited, but I have no complaints about him. He was quick and clear with his explanation of my condition and the steps he wanted to take. His staff, however, was a different story. The nurse is a young lady and seems like a nice enough person. She tries to make small talk but some of the stuff she talks about is a little out there. She seems to be a little airheaded (excuse me for lack of a better word) and lazy. I asked her a general question about why an item was denied she offered no explanation and told me to call a supplier directly. The Officer administrator/receptionist is an older lady and seems to be fighting the adoption of technology. She is very confrontational, sensitive, and short fused. I truly believe that she is single handedly holding back Dr. Jones's practice. In my interactions with her, she has been very unprofessional and rude. She does not keep accurate records. I have been given the run around for almost half a year now.

I found Dr. Jones to be personable and matter of fact in his dealings with me and my wife. The reason people may find him abrupt is that his practice is quite busy. He explained my condition well and made it easy to understand.

This Doctor didn't listen to my husbands complaints at all. I'm in the medical field myself and that's why I accompanied my husband. Dr. Jones just wanted to be done with my husband by giving him the PAP machine after his sleep study, even though it was inconclusive. He got very testy with us when we were just trying to clarify a few questions. Also wasn't thrilled when we requested a consult with an ENT in addition. We will not EVER go back to this man. Keep searching folks.

I have never in my 70 years of life had such a low opinion of any doctor I have ever visited. Jones was abrupt, impatient and when I tried to ask him questions he basically cut me off and disrespected my inquiries. I don't think he was even aware of how poor he looked. He runs a sleep disorder operation as though it's a machine, rebuffing any inquiries outside this mechanical operation.His staff was also sloppy and made many errors. They couldn't answer simple w\questions and made errors.
