Dr Howard is a Compassionate Doctor
I have been seeing Dr Howard for several years at St Luke's Laser Eye and Cataract Institute. He is a very busy man, but takes the time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend him to anyone needing to see an eye doctor.

If you won't do LASIK on patients with autoimmune conditions that should be a screening question before scheduling and especially before dilating someone
