Dr Henshaw is an outstanding doctor. He listens to my concerns and provides easy to understand explanations to my questions. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude are always very reassuring to me. When I first discovered a lump in my thigh, my regular doctor recommended I see Dr Henshaw because he said he was the best orthopedic oncologist in the DC area. I've been very pleased with the care and follow up I've received from Dr Henshaw and highly recommend him to anyone who needs an orthopedic oncologist or surgeon.

It has been months before I was able to get a clear answer of what was happening with me. Dr. Henshaw immediately knew what was going on with my situation. I had researched several physicians in the area before I contacted him and because of his credentials and his working knowledge of bone issues I chose him. My life went from completely flipped out over what other providers have been telling me because they did not know the situation clearly to the full explanation of what was going on. This has greatly helped to ease my anxiety and put me on a plan going forward. I am so grateful to Dr. Henshaw and his knowledge and his approach to me as a patient but also a human being!
