Dr. Robert Hartzell Jr, MD

Truth! I 'have' a medical problem. I called his office, he's too busy try the clinic. Access Health. They gave me drugs and a chest Xray. When I tried to get the results from the clinic, they said call your PCP. I called the PCP office, and they said, call the clinic?? They didn't want to tell me the x-ray showed 'pulminary edema' which is life threatening!! To this day, NO ONE has called me about it. Access Health and Dr? Robert Hartzell need to be destroyed.

That describes the issue. Although Dr. Hartzell has good reviews, I have to differ. For the last week I've been calling him about a health issue I have. His office staff (which should have 0 stars) keep telling me he will call when he's through with his last patient, which in my opinion is poor quality of care, and I don't get a call. I've been calling since Wednesday, September 21 to no avail. He did give me a return call on Friday at 3:30pm which I was unable to answer. He also left a message but today, Monday I'm in the same situation. Today, after his office closed I called my insurance and filed a grievance. I am also looking for another doctor. Just because some ratings are good, it doesn't mean he's a good doctor. I'll be following up on this review.

Dr.Hartzell is a great Doctor. He takes his time with you and talks to you in a language you can understand. Please never retire Robert Hartzell.

In and out with ease, checked on my problem and diagnosed in under 30 minutes. Friendly faces, great nurse staff and Dr. Hartzell is great!

Dr. Hartzell is amazing. I’m so glad I found them for my family. He listened to me, I mean actually listened to me and heard me. He wasn’t pushy and understood my concerns. I hope he never retires.

He was very caring! He explained everything so I could understand. He told me all my options and helped me with everything. He was amazing and his nurse was also amazing!

Doc is amazing! He is great with his patients and spends as much time as needed with you to get all questions answered and also just to get to know you. Your not just a number to him! You can tell he truly cares about his patients! I would recommend him to anyone!
