Good doctor, bad practice front office.
Dr Hance is a nice guy and I enjoyed his consultation but very hard to get an appointment to see him, most of the time you have to see others at the practice because he's not available. Front office staff is not responsive and very difficult at times. It's taken me 2+ years to get my medical records from them and it's still in progress. They almost never return phone calls.

Rock Star!
I've been a primary care patient for 10+ years and the patient experience is exceptional. On time, personal and flexible as well.

I absolutely LOVED Dr. Hance....he is my all time favorite doctor, but.... you can never get in to see him for a sick visit. I had to continually go to walk-in clinic for an issue and they stressed that I need to see my doctor. Have spent over 1/2 hour just trying to get through on the phone. Have a neighbor who has the same problem. Finally had tho switch to a concierge doctor. I wish I had Dr. Hance though.
