Not an ethical doctor
Last time I was in his office, there were handwritten signs everywhere in his office. Several said "$150 dollar charge if you cancel an appointment less than 7 days before the appt. date." The other signs warned patients they would physically be removed from the office if a member of the staff determined they weren't be agreeable and/or docile enough. That should have been my first clue. I tested positive for Covid-19 the Friday before a Monday appointment. I was very sick for nearly two weeks. I received a bill for $100 from Hale's office. Real ethical, and real cognizant of what was at the time a very real danger. Guess when money's involved, Dr. Hale puts the almighty dollar ahead of his staff's and other patients' safety.

Called the office saying I had a hemorrhoid. Told them exactly why I thought I had a hemorrhoid. I show up to the office, pay $100, and after the doctor saw me, he says, "Yup, you have a hemorrhoid. Sorry I can't do anything more for you." and refers me to another specialist. When I called back to complain why they would even take my apt/money in the first place and they kept saying that I didn't say I had a hemorrhoid, and they wrote down rectal bleeding. Total hoax/dishonest.
