I had RN ‘s working with my father. Dr. Grant needed to see my father in person although he was unable to go there and able to have a telehealth bisit. he stated if he didn’t see him in person, he could not help although his primary care physician and another doctor stepped in,there were skilled nurses giving him temperatures 101.8, sputum pictures, & culture results only he refused to order a sensitivity and refused to recognize recurrent unresolved pneumonia over a period of eight weeks. Dr. Grant kept writing the same prescriptions and when we actually sent the sputum, he refused to write a culture saying that it was normal although the results were not. I had my father‘s primary care and another doctor right orders for other drugs and care for him in the best way possible although this doctor was not on board. I found him having a God complex and not listening to skilled nursing staff communicating I would not recommend him to anyone. His partner is great

Quickly obvious that he is in it for the money, not the patient care. Won't see you until paid up front, even for established patients. Only doctor I have ever seen that did this. Questionable charges to insurance. He runs all the tests that insurance will allow, then doesn't know what to do. Poor diagnostician. Steers everyone to sleep apnea subcontractor so he can get paid for doing nothing.

Rude, impatient
I saw Dr. Grant when I started to develop asthma symptoms. I was referred to him by my primary doctor. He sent me for a breathing test to determine my lung functioning. When I followed up with him in his office not only did he not explain things very well, but he was also incredibly rude. We were discussing the causes of asthma and treatment. In a crass way he told me it might help if I lost weight. He didn’t say with empathy but rather said it with a sharp tone of voice while reaching for a pamphlet on the wall. he then handed it over to me and said “here this might help you”and he walked out the door. I felt belittled. I never went back to him again.

I like Grant. He's been my sleep doc for several years since I retired. I have no complaints, at all, with Grant. Can't say the same for one of the office staff. She doesn't listen well, talks over you a lot and is sometimes argumentative. I don't want to embarrass her by giving her name but she could use some training in listening. But the rest are fine and I like Grant.

I agree. Dr. Grant's bedside manner is short, abrupt, not kind or empathetic. Does not treat staff or patients with respect, kindness.

I had a breathing test to determine if I had asthma. He was curt, rude, and abrupt. Didn't seem to want to answer any questions. When it was time for me to leave, he walked over to the rack of brochures and tossed a weight loss brochure at me and harshly said "here, this might help you". He hastily walked out of the room. Geeze, buddy, whatever is bothering you shouldn't be projected on to your patients. Deal with it. I'll find another doctor I can relate better to.
