I think he knows his stuff. But he takes a lot of time off and delegates to other Drs. and physician assistants. The lack of continuity as well as the bumbling physician assistants results in poor performance and a lack of confidence on my part.

This doctor is now at North Shore Univerity Health System in Evanston. After a test, he had to talk with a surgeon before me. There was a tentative diagnosis. When we talked, he said I had an additional problem and that both of them required surgery. He was going to order another test.His nurse would call me to schedule. I used the patient portal to ask some questions about timing due to insurance. He didn't answer. No response to 2 subsequent phone calls. After 1 week, the nurse hasn't called.
