I went to Dr Frank for lipo 360 in April 2024. Dr Frank only removed approximately less than 2 L of fat from my body when he had the capability to remove over 4 and up to 5L. At my six week postop follow-up I expressed my concerns for my undesirable results. I was met with defensive and insulting responses. I asked Dr Frank why was there so much fat left in each area, his response was the fat was visceral.(which was not true). His second excuse was I shouldn’t be laying around post op consuming whole pizzas. that I should have been doing extensive exercises and strict dieting in order to see the results I wanted as if I didn’t just pay him $6000 to permanently Remove the fat.I reminded him he hadn’t cleared me yet to exercise. I was told it was not a weight loss procedure and that I needed to be doing strict dieting and exercising in order for him to perform another round plus another $1800 anaesthesiologist fee. Please go elsewhere for any reconstruction surgery. Dr. Frank performed my arm lift and it was mediocre at best. The real problem I encountered was his lack of accountability. He made a mistake on my left arm above the elbow, essentially making it look bulky and not like the right elbow. When I first brought it to his attention he noticed the area right away, literally grabbed the "fat pad" (his words)..and said "no problem, I'll fix that when u get your next surgery". After I decided I was not comfortable with him doing any other major surgery, I simply asked if he could just fix my weird elbow. When I went in to set up a corrective surgery appointment, he suddenly "couldn't see the problem " and proceeded to gaslight me with a repeated "its maybe all in your head". So now I have to pay one of his peers to fix his mistake. He lacks integrity. If he screws your surgery up he probably won't fix it.

Dr Frank reconstructed my breasts after my cancer battle. He and his staff are kind, knowledgeable and companionate. Dr Frank is an excellent surgeon and I am extremely pleased with my results

Doctor Frank was recommended to me as I've visited a few other offices for Botox and had so so results. I am happy to say I found my forever doctor. The results were very natural and it lasted months longer than my prior providers. Highly recommended!
