Very intelligent and knowledgeable in relation to diagnosis. Would definitely recommend.

My grandson was referred by Riverside mental health for prescriptions refills and follow up. We made our first appointment as he is due for a refill. Filled out the paperwork and brought along his hospital paperwork. My grandson was called in for his visit less then 15 minutes later he leaves the office with no refills. My first question how can you see a new patient in less than 15 minutes and address the reason why they are there. My grandson said his paperwork from Riverside was never looked at. He said he told the Dr he was fine and the Dr said well you don't need to be here then,. My grandson has schizophrenia and is bi-polar, so yes he needs meds and has insurance, I bet they will bill his insurance for the billshit office visit. If this Dr Florea is such a good doctor and works with people who have mental health issues shouldn't the first flag be when a patient tells you nothing is wrong, one with mental health issues. Why would Riverside refer this Dr. Robert Florea?

I see Ashley Brannan. She is a nurse practitioner at this office. She is a good Dr. She listens to me & prescribes medications as needed. She also gives referrals to specialists as needed. She is down to earth. I feel like I could tell her anything. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a family doctor.

This doctor is not a good doctor, they do not ask for family medical history. Billing is done out of state. Blood work is sent out of state and billed months later. Do not recommend this doctor to anyone. They also give medication that is not required. And do not show you any test results, or give you any paperwork showing which test were done.

You can barely call and get an answer phone either rings busy or it goes to voicemail. The Dr. sets up appointments a month a part. If you have several problem he will schedule you for several appointments. The front desk lady is the worst! She have no people skills. The doctor he comes in and fast talk you during your appointment. Don't waist your time going there. You willing be looking for another doctor. I went for 4 months and I still had no idea what was wrong with me. Should be 0 stars!!

Gave me no time to talk about my concerns for my health. I had a few things I wanted to talk about (my menstrual cycle, a mole that I had growing concerns over) and needed help with and he did not answer my questions at all. He merely nodded and then his assistants said I needed to schedule another appointment even though I was paying for the current appointment.
